Aqua Labs’s senior people are experienced and engaged to share their technical expertise. We do this through technical shares, internal training, technical paper reviews, and a thorough review process of reports. Additionally, your manager will spend time with you to lay out a plan for external studies to assist in your technical/management development to reach whichever level you desire within the business.

It’s not all about hard work at Aqua Labs though, each office is encouraged to do regular activities outside of work to create a better team culture. Some of our recent activities have included, mountain bike riding, sailing, skeet shooting, dinners outside of work, days at the races, boat cruises, tennis, volley ball and lawn bowls.
